职位描述

Responsibilities:

Business development for RF connector products in China region:
1.Capable of conducting industry and market analysis (including potential targets and competitors) to create business development plan
2.Identify target customers, analyze their business needs and make appropriate recommendations or proposal

3.Ability to leverage current customer relationships and build new ones.

4.Provide data from the field to assist marking in determining market trends and needs.

5.Understand target customer’s technology deployments and serve as design engineering interface to assist engineering in establishing product models to support these technologies.

6.Assist sales team with training and technical sales calls.

7.Assist sales team with customer negotiations.

8.Develop customer base through channel development by building relationships with key channel partners and driving sales engineers to develop relationships with local channel sales resources.

9.Experience and knowledge to understand the customers’ customer, or be able to look beyond the initial opportunity by linking thoughts to create bigger solutions than the customer initially know they need by understanding their customers’ needs.

10.Work with external customers and internal team members to establish scope of work, basic workflow and resource plan
11.Provide guidance to various internal teams to meet customers' needs and job requirements
12.Maintain excellent account management and build strong customer relationship.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree or with at least 5 years working experience in Business Development, Product Management, Product Marketing or Technical Sales, preferably in RF connector or related industry
2.Good analytical skill, capable of doing in-depth analysis, providing solutions to address customers' requirements/gaps
3.Good knowledge of regional and international industry developments, including -market/customer trends and needs
4.Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese,

5.Exhibit desirable and appropriate professional behavior which includes leadership skills, a sense of urgency, independent judgment, industriousness, team orientation, strong interpersonal skills, business savvies, ability to work independently, creativity and person integrity to provide for a cohesive, productive unit dedicated to the achievement of corporate goals.

6.Ability to travel extensively and spend significant periods of time away from home.

7.Excellent computer skill including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and experience with MRP database analysis tools required.
