Responsibilities:

1.Assist the Marketing Communications Manager to develop and implement programs for in-country marketing with measurable ROI for the growth of Emerson Connectivity Solutions business.

2.Assist to develop and implement an overall marketing strategy for Asia Pacific region within a given budget.

3.Work closely and support managing marketing communications plan, competition and segmentation studies for the region.

4.Work with product managers to implement commercialization of new product introductions along with Marketing Communications Manager to ensure releases reach proper channels.

5.Work with the Marketing Communications Manager and Asia Sales Director to provide, analyze and present market dynamics, trends, size, opportunities and risks to the business, and competitive intelligence when requested.

6.Organize & participate in regional tradeshows, seminars, and industry events as necessary and when requested by leadership, product managers, other business units.

7.Work closely with product managers, sales managers, global teams, and others within Emerson Connectivity Solutions to understand their involvement/needs in marketing.

8.Collaborate with product line managers, other regional marketing managers, to understand opportunities for marketing advancement in Asia Pacific.

9.Work with Marketing Communications Manager to assist in the enhancement of the Chinese website.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2.Five years progressively responsible marketing experience in a manufacturing environment.

3.Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and written

4.Project management skills required.
