1. Purpose:
The job is to coordinate logistics jobs Including FCR document handling, Collecting FCR from supplier & check with AS400 system, document submission for bank, and the job also involved order tracker, safety stock program and expedite shipments. The job performance linked to Company DSO & supply chain performance

2. Duties & Responsibilities:
a. Collecting FCR from Suppliers
b. Check if all shipping document are matched
c. Review at AS400 system , be sure all correct
d. Issue demand for payment form
e. Submit all document to Bank in timely manner
f. Interface with supplier logistics team & resolve logistics issue
g. Additional job including Supplier safety stock report or order tracker report
h. Follow up with supplier on Trade compliance
i. Arrange import for domestic sale per request

3. Qualifications and Experience:
a. College degree
b. 3 years working experience in logistics fields
c. Able to write in English
d. Understand all basic international Trade compliancee
e. Good communication skill with people
f. Service oriented
g. Preferred: International trading experience
