岗位职责：
1、 协助上级领导完成客户需求，能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、 负责维护客户的订单，及时向客户反馈维护进度；
3、 负责跟踪维修订单，收集现场资料；
4、 负责做好施工过程中的协调以及收尾工作，监督供应商按质按时完成工作；
5、 与客户以及供应商保持良好合作关系。

任职资格：
1、 一年以上工作经验，优秀应届生亦可；
2、 专科以上学历；
3、 具备良好的客户服务意识，有耐性，抗压性强；
4、 熟练使用MS Office办公软件及Photoshop；
5、 具备基础英语书面能力，能撰写E-Mail。
