Studio Baeriswyl is the Shanghai branch of dai, a Swiss design and brand consultancy based in Zurich. Over the past 25 years, dai has helped clients as diverse as Nestle, Swissair, USM, Red Bull, and Deutsche Bank communicate their brand. The firm is active in the fields of brand strategy, brand design, product design, interior design, and architecture.

In Shanghai, Studio Baeriswyl offers brand strategy and consulting services to companies in Europe and the Greater China region.

Swiss Brand Institute, the education branch of the studio, gathers brand and marketing specialists to provide corporate education in branding.

Opening for Graphic Designer


We are looking for an in-house graphics designer to join our team. The position will be responsible for the design of paid client projects, as well as for internal communication needs. Being a Swiss studio, this will be great chance to designers to learn about Swiss design and aesthetics—one of the global standards in the industry.

Responsibilities will include:

- design of corporate identity projects (logos and applications)
- art direction for projects where third-party designers are involved
- design of studio and brand institute collateral (brochures, leaflets, websites, etc)
- design of sales pitches and presentations

Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree
- 10 years experience as a graphic designer
- logo and CI experience required, packaging experience preferred
- competence in both English and Chinese typography
- portfolio required
- fluent in English and Chinese
