SOLUTIONS China Solutions中文版
The Editor will lead SOLUTIONS’ Chinese print and online publications and the editorial teams. This is a management position, reporting to the Editor-in-Chief of SOLUTIONS and working closely with the SOLUTIONS’ Editorial Team, especially on determining content for SOLUTIONS’ China audience.
编辑将负责Solutions中文版的实体出版和线上发行，并领导杂志编辑团队。编辑属于管理岗，直接向Solutions杂志主编报告，与杂志编辑团队密切合作，共同审核杂志中文版内容。
Our ideal candidate is a bilingual (English and Chinese, fluency in both written and spoken) experienced professional who enjoys working with dedicated professionals to produce excellent, inspiring journalism. This person should bring a deep appreciation of print and online publications and an understanding of the evolving media world and political issues with a focus on the Chinese market.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

Guide editorial content to communicate distinctive SOLUTIONS in collaboration with the Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor, maximizing social change impact, timeliness, quality, and reach.
与主编、主任编辑共同把握编辑内容，秉持Solutions杂志之特色，提高杂志之社会影响力、及时性、品质及影响范围。

Lead the online and print editorial teams to: 1) meet high standards of journalistic excellence; 2) support each team member in developing his or her best contribution; and 3) enhance print and online teamwork to take advantage of synergies between the two.
领导电子杂志和实体杂志的编辑团对：1）创造卓越；2）鼓励每一个团队成员为杂志发挥最大积极作用；3）通过加强电子杂志于实体杂志的协同合作，取得两者的共同发展。

Lead the continuing development of SOLUTIONS’ digital media strategy to maximize reach, influence, and revenue, working closely with other management members.
领导Solutions杂志数字媒体战略的推进工作，以扩大杂志影响范围、影响力及收益，与其他管理人员紧密合作。

? Strong communication skills, including excellent writing and editing. Bilingual in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

? B.A. degree or above in journalism, communications, the humanities, or other relevant field; or a significant amount of work experience in the field.

? Ability to develop themed issues as well as long and short-form content for a variety of print and digital platforms.

? Strong social media skills, including fluency in multiple and emerging platforms.

Location 地点

SOLUTIONS China is based in Shanghai. The job requires a presence at the SOLUTIONS China office.
