1.全日制本科及以上学历，机械工程、工业自动化、机电一体化或相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above; Major in mechanical engineering, industrial automation, mechatronics or related fields.

2. 3年以上非标机械设计调试经验，5年以上相关工作经验，从事过自动化行业优先；

At least 3 years debugging experience in nonstandard mechanical design ; At least 5 years working experience in related field ; Experience in automation industry will be preferred

3.熟练使用Office等办公软件，精通3D/2D设计软件、如Solidworks等；

Experienced in using OFFICE software and 3D/2D designing software( Solidworks, etc)

4.精通自动化装配线的设计，有大型自动化装配线的设计经验，熟悉当前汽车行业自动化装配工艺者优先考虑；

Proficient in the design of automated assembly line, with design’s experience of large automated assembly line, familiar with the current automotive industry’s automated assembly process is preferred

5.熟悉当前自动化零部件市场，精通常用机械零部件的选型；

Familiar with the current automation components market, proficient in the selection of common mechanical parts

6.具有较强的责任心，沟通能力佳，良好的团队协作精神，具有一定的领导能力；

With a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, good team work spirit. Sense of leadership

7.必须具有一定的英文沟通能力。

Must have Basic English communication ability

岗位职责(Responsibilities)

1. 独立或者领导其他工程师共同完成产品的3D数模设计，并按照设计要求指导其他工程师出具具体的加工图以及装配文件；

Independently/Lead other engineers to design product’s 3D mathematical model; Make the working drawing and assembly file according to certain design

2. 协助销售部门完成项目谈判阶段的技术准备以及成本核算，负责出具技术方案；

Assist the sales department to complete the task of technical preparation and costing of the project negotiations phase, responsible for issuing technical solutions

3. 协助项目部制定项目设计计划，负责领导协调整个项目的设计工作；

Assist the project department to develop project design plan; responsible for leadership and coordination of the entire project design work

4.负责完成各类TPD文件包括生产制造文件以及客户文件包括使用手册、操作规程等；

Completing various type of TPD files, including manufacturing documents and client files( manuals, operating procedures, etc)

5.协助完成项目运行期间的相关的内部沟通以及培训工作；

Assist to conduct internal communication and training plan during the open of project

6.指导生产部门完成产品的装配、调试；

Guide the production department to complete the assembly and debugging work

7.协助客户现场售后服务支持。

Provide clients with on-site after sale services

8.负责机械工程师和机械工程师助理的日常培训工作。

自动化业务部
该部门主要从事自动化设备相关业务。常年的合作伙伴有ZF-TRW、Continental AG、BOSCH、LS-Automotive等世界著名汽车行业企业；也包含了SIMMENS、INTERPLEX等著名企业保持着常年的业务往来。我们的全自动汽车零部件组装生产线已经成功打入北美、欧洲市场，每年可以为国家创造数百万美金的外汇收入。

器件销售部门
该部门的主营业务是我们历史最悠久的业务-机器视觉销售以及其增值服务。公司常年从事机器视觉相关的方案销售，是美国MICROSCAN国内一级代理，以及华东区***的代理商。

公司的总部位于著名的长宁凌空SOHO园区文洋大厦内，公司的设计中心、销售团队均在此办公。公司目前在闵北工业区设有一处厂房，作为公司营运中心承担自动化业务部门的设备组装调试等工作；同时也是公司的物流仓储中心。两地之间由公司提供的班车穿梭往返接送员工上下班通勤。
