Project and technical duties, including

  

1. Organizing and disseminating project information to project team members;

  

2. Gathering and inputting data and documents into databases and file systems;

  

3.  Working with Project Manager to set up and review each project;

  

4.  Receiving screen, log and route correspondence, attach necessary background information and maintain follow-up system for action and deadlines.

  

  

Administrative duties, including

  

5.  Co-ordinate travel, travel itineraries and accommodations for corporate and local project team members;

  

6. Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related events;

  

7. Prepare the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas and other meeting collateral;

  

8.  Establish and maintain the project's information management system;

  

9.  Oral and written English translation as needed;

  

10. Other duties which assigned by the Project Coordination Officer.
