职位描述
1. Project operations performance and execution
Develop change and control strategies that enable Project Leaders, Managers and Engineers to rapidly adhere to core processes & tool utilization.
Support regions as necessary with troubled Project execution.
Conduct eCAP & Proposal reviews for large projects.
Provide high risk project life cycle support.
2. Customer Satisfaction
Partner with Regional and District Service Leaders to develop and continuously improve service work processes to reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction.
3. Finance
Project Financials, EAC, CTC, P&L; reviews.
4. Resource Planning
Support regional talent management through interviewing, skills assessment, goal setting, and recognition.
5. Team Building / Communication
Support regional operations leadership through mentoring and coaching.
Identify and share best practices across the region.
6. Standardization
Participate in the development of new system/process requirements, existing tool enhancements and process changes to optimise system/process or tool utilization.
7. Training / Mentoring
Provide process, procedural and best practice training to all staff on a regular basis.
8. Productivity & Cost Controls
Develop and support the implementation of productivity initiatives.
Develop and support the implementation of Zero deviation Strategies.
Develop and support the implementation of effective capacity analysis and planning.
Drive Lowest Total Installed Cost “LTIC” initiates including HAIL utilization.
Qualifications
College/University degree would be an advantage
8+ years experience in a field-based projects and solutions environment
5+ years experience in managing complex projects
3+ years experience leading people
PMP certification would be an advantage
Financial Skills - The ability to understand financial data at contract level and identify appropriate actions indicated by variances to ensure key metrics are achieved.
Operational Analysis – The ability to obtain relevant information on operational issues from multiple sources, think broadly about those issues and recognize trends/possible cause-effect relationships.
