Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Check supplier's invoices, make 3 sheets (PO, Invoice, receiving notes) matched in BaaN System, maintain payment schedule and arrange the payment;
2.Make journal entries
3.Help other department check the payment situation and reconcile the account payable balance with suppliers;
4.Reconcile accounts balance with TB in month end;
5.Prepare both internal and external month end finance reports in time, such as AP aging etc.;
6.Bind the Accounting documents and clear up the accounting files;
7.Assist Accounting Supervisor in internal and external audit activities;
8.Finish other work arranged by finance supervisor.

Job Requirement:
1.College’s Degree in Accounting/Finance major;
2.2+ years working experience in manufacturing companies is preferred;
3.Be familiar with local tax regulations and China GAAP;
4.Having accounting certificate is an advance, CPA is preferred;
5.Experienced with ERP system, Baan system experience is a plus
6.Good written and spoken English is preferred
7.Attention to detail and accuracy
8.Active learning
9.Good communication skills
10.Stress tolerance
