Job Responsibility工作职责

1.Responsible for the inspection of all castings in company
负责本公司生产的所有铸件的检验

2.In the workshop, do the inspection for the parts in accordance with of technical requirements of the drawings, get the data and make records
在生产现场按图纸技术要求对零部件进行检验，测出数据并做好记录

3.If the parts and components are not matched with drawings, inform the workshop and the operator to stop operations 检验时发现零部件产品与图纸不符时，通知车间及操作者停止作业

4.For the finished products, if they are not inconsistent with the drawings, issue "failure notice" to the responsible department. For the big quality accident, it should be reported to the leadership
对已完工产品经检验与图纸不符的开具“不合格通知单”交有关责任部门处理，对重大质量事故应及时向领导汇报

5.Use and keep the measurement apparatus properly
妥善妥善使用、保管本人使用的种类测量器具

6.Comply with company’s rules and regulations
遵守公司的各项规章制度

7.Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级交待的其他任务

Requirement要求：

1.Working experience in foundry is a must.要求有铸造相关工作经验

2.Technical School中专、技校

3.Three to five years working experience3至5年工作经验

4.No specific requirement for foreign language对外语没有明确要求

5.Familiar with the mechanical properties and hardness of casting with various brands
熟悉铸件各类牌号的机械性能及硬度的标准要求

6.Familiar with the processing requirements of the marked machining surface
熟悉机械加工图纸所标注的加工面要求

7.Familiar with the casting standard and requirements for non-processing surface quality
熟悉铸件外观非加工面质量的标准要求

8.Make the distinction easily defect and analyze reasons for these defects
能熟练的区分铸件缺陷的名称,分析缺陷产生的原因

9.Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
具有ISO14001 & OHSAS18001意识
