职位描述
Responsibilities
- Leading the customer segmentation team to develop & manage the customer segment strategies and value proposition to deliver customer base growth and revenue/profit KPIs;
- Work closely with IS Strategic Marketing & Communications (ISMC) for consumer IS’ marketing & communications strategy planning and on-site implementation support of marketing programs for all IS products & services to help accomplish business expansion plan;
- Conform to internal corporate and external regulatory compliance and guidelines with support from legal and compliance department.
Requirements
- Over 3 years relevant management experience, at least 8 years of relevant experience in a sales in a financial services; preferably with experience in banking/financial industry
- Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Finance
- Solid project management experience gained in China
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Ability to achieve result through other support units/service providers/partners
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in dynamic environment independently
