Requirements :
1. About 1 or 2 years experience in Helpdesk Support or relevant position
2. Familiar with the technical support system environment in WinOS
3. Understanding of network client
4. Understanding of enterprise-class virus and mail client maintenance and management
5. Good service conscious and strong teamwork spirits
Responsibilities :
1. Maintain PC , laptop and other related equipment , able to resolve problems proficiency
2. Maintain the server and network equipment runs normally and have ability to solve common problems
3. Internal virus defense work and other related system settings
4. Set the main mail system of client E-mail sittings
5. Other related works in IT department
