职位描述
Channel Operations Analyst is an individual contributor working as part of a team which helps support the World Wide PTC partners through program management, data collection and analysis.
Business Analysis & Reporting
Deliver scorecards to partners around globe
Prepare and deliver formal and ad-hoc reports that characterize business performance, to a wide variety of business levels
Partner revenue reconciliation and reporting
Provide quarterly business analysis package and regional performance to sales team to help with tactical and strategic business decisions.
Inspect partner capacity and VAR sales rep productivity
Produce and publish various report packages to field teams and Channel managers.
Channel Programs
Take ownership and execute partner programs in Asia from planning through completion.
Provide guidance to Channel sales team and resellers regarding program details and implementation.
Communicate program status and results internally to Sales team and externally to resellers.
Provide regional program dashboards to Channel sales team and corporate channel ops team.
Qualifications and Competency:
o Bachelor’s Degree and above
o Excellent speaking and writing in English
o Excellent in MS Office Excel, Access, Word, etc.
o Experience with the Salesforce.com and/or Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) preferred
o Result oriented/motivated

o Customer focused, action oriented and committed to driving quality results
o Able to quickly learn and adapt to new process and technologies in order to meet business needs and drive business value; Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills using a comprehensive approach with high attention to detail
o Highly organized with ability to manage diverse functions, requests and deliverables with composure and within deadlines
o Understand Business Analytics and the metrics/information that drive management decisions
