Responsibility:
1.Inspection on samples, trial order parts and regular order parts according to drawings, standards, plan, procedure and schedule to meet the demand of quality control prior to production;?
- 根据图纸、标准、计划和流程，通过对样品，试产品以及批量产品的来料检验，满足生产部门对原料的质量控制要求;
2.Produce inspection & test reports, quality nonconforming reports and review suppliers inspection reports and certificates;
-制作检验和试验报告，质量不合格项报告，评估供应商检测报告和证书;
3.Communicate with production Dept., strategic buyers, for quality problems solving;
-与生产部门、战略采购工程师沟通处理质量问题；
4.Communicate with suppliers for parts quality improvement;;
-与供应商沟通提高产品部件的质量；
5.Inspection on parts at suppliers factory and on-site quality control if needed;
-如有必要在供应商的工厂实施现场的质量控制；
6.Maintenance of inspection devices and tools and support for calibration to guarantee the normal application and accuracy;
-维护检测的仪器和工具，确保仪器使用的准确性和精确性；

Requirement:
1.Associate or above, with an mechanical and electrical engineering education background;
-大专以上学历，具有机械或电气工程等相关教育背景;
2.At least three years experience on inspection and quality control on mechanical or electrical parts/components of metal material (aluminum, steel, copper etc.);
-在机械或金属材料电气部件的检验和质量控制方面至少3年以上的工作经验;
3.Recognition and knowledge on mechanical parts drawing/Dimensional tolerance and technical measurement method/Metal parts manufacturing and machining technology/Mechanical and physical properties of metal materials/Heat treatment, surface treatment and coating on metal/Use normal dimension measuring tools, roughness instrument, hardness tester, coating thickness measuring device etc.
-能看懂机械图纸/尺寸公差和技术测量方法/金属件制造和加工科技/金属的机械和物理属性/热处理、表面处理和金属镀层/使用通常的尺寸测量工具，粗加工工具，硬度测试仪，镀层厚度测量仪等.
