-For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Warehouse Leader 储运主管.

What are my responsibilities?

- Coordinate the working flows between warehouse and other dept., such as OP and workshop, and ensure the raw materials can be provided correctly, timely and safely

- 协调仓库与合同处理、车间的工作流程，保证原材料能准确、及时、安全的发放

- Responsible for the storage and management of all kinds materials; maintain the data in SAP system and ensure the conformity among accounts, physical materials and identification cards;

- 负责仓库所有物资，自购物资，客供物资的贮存，管理工作，维护好SAP系统的数据，确保帐、物、卡一致，数据完整，准确

- Communicate and supervise the outsourcing packing work, monitor logistics process, and ensure the finished products can be delivered to the location specified by customers safely and timely;

- 联系并监督外包公司的包装工作、监控物流过程，确保成品能安全、准时，保质的送到客户指定的地点；

- Responsible for the management of warehouse, including materials’ storage, protection, transportation and logistics supervision, etc.; Responsible for warehouses coordination and management for outsourced warehouse if there is;

- 负责仓库的管理，做到物料的合理贮存，防护，搬运，物流运输监督等；若有外包仓库，负责与外包仓库协调和管理。

- Control the inventory reasonably and endeavor to optimize it;

- 合理控制库存，努力实现库存最佳化；

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- 5+ years experience in warehouse management .

- 5年以上仓储管理经验

- Basic English ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing.

- 基础英语听说读写能力。

- With knowledge of MM and WM module in SAP.

- 有SAP系统MM、WM模块基本专业知识。

- Expert in use of Office, especially Excel and Word.

- 办公自动化，能熟练操作Excel、Word等办公软件。

- With excellent knowledge of Warehouse Management and Logistics.

- 掌握仓库管理和物流专业知识。

What else do I need to know?

- With good communication, organizational and cooperation skills.

- 有良好沟通和组织协调能力。

- With good people management skills

- 有良好的人员管理能力。
