JOB SUMMARY:
Sr.SQE can act as team leader to accomplish internal and external complaint and supplier quality improvement, and can also coordinate SQE to work with cross function team to finish the part approval and the other activity in the new project.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

1 Work as the representative of the supplier quality team at the early stage and can coordinate the other SQE to secure the project delivery and quality objective.
2 Act as team leader to Day To Day project. Focus on trouble shooting to the internal and external complaint by closely working with cross function team.
3 Can lead the continual improvement activity in supplier side to reach Crem's quality objective.
4 Closely work with sourcing team to new supplier selection and evaluation , existing supplier qualification and long term supplier strategy deployment .
5 Set and update the incoming inspection instruction. Train QC team and supplier if neccessary.Together with R&D and supplier to make fixtures to control critical characteristics efficiently and effectively.
6 Supplier QMS and EMS in Crem.
7 Ensure food safety and traceability systerm in supplier are continually and efficiently implemented.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1 Bachelor degree in engineering field. Supplier quality experience 3 years or above.
2 Good communication coordination skills with cross function team and supplier
3 Good problem analysis skills and capability
4 Depth knowledge in die casting parts, ,brass and copper parts. Experienced in machining and welding process
5 Good English reading,writing.
6 Familiar with ISO9001,140001
7 Honest,integrity

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1 Has experience in home appliance ,white appliance and coffee machine as prefer
2 Travelling is required
