-From our IC Sector/ BT/ SBT, Siemens are looking for a Sales Support Administrator.

What are my responsibilities?
-Support Sales Head to drive regional sales forecasting, monitor sales booking and performance;
-Coordinate and facilitate regular sales meeting, like Quarter business review meeting, Monthly Sales Review meeting, Weekly Roll-up meeting, etc.
-Report and monitor Sales KPIs.
-Support and Coordinate Order booking (with Sales and Commercial team) in compliance to internal process
-Coordinate CRM implementation and usage in region, improve regional market transparency (Future)
-Ensure quality of and continuous improvement of above mentioned processes in region.
-Provide administrative support (incl. travel planning, meeting scheduling, expense claim and any other administrative tasks)
-Responsible for visitor reception e.g. visa, hotel, meeting coordination and scheduling

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Above 1-3 years working experience in sales analysis / sales administration
-Expert in office tool, Word, Excel, PowerPoint for data analysis and sales report
-Understand sales/bidding process is preferred
-Strong communication skill
-Team spirit and self-driven, responsible
-Fluent in English

What else do I need to know?
-Written and spoken English skill
-Presentation skills
-Computer proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
