-From our IC Sector/ BT/ SBT, Siemens are looking to a Solutions Account Manager. The successful candidate is responsible for the development, exploitation and maximization of the account penetration and profitable growth of the assigned Key Account in China. He/she acts as interface between the Key Customer and CN SSP, and as the advocate for the Key Customer’s interests and shows a personal long term commitment for his/her Key Customer (5-7 years).

What are my responsibilities?
-The candidate is responsible for the achievement of the account business targets, including e.g.: order intake, opportunity pipeline, account penetration, customer relationship management and profitability. The defined Account has typically a target new order ≥ 20 mio p.a. over a three-year span. In addition, He will also have responsibility in global key customers account analysis and transparency, strategic account development, relations management, escalation management, operational planning and execution of the account strategy.

What do I need quality this position?
- good command of English. He/she shall also be in the mother tongue of the Chinese key accounts.
- good knowledge of the Building market in China, understands the processes of the key customers inlcuding the value chain and business strategies.
- more than 5 years KAM/senior sales related management experience with proven track record of new orders in the building technologies industry/market.
- minimum 3 years experience in successfully managing complex projects/customers.
- functional expertise in applying knowledge and experience relevant to Building Technologies, and proactively sharing knowledge across own organization.
- Capability in developing high tech solutions/methods to meet customer needs, while supporting CN SSP processes with respect to the relevant technology field or business method.

-Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. .
-Highly self-motivated and directed.
-Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
