？ College degree and major of machinery(Tooling specialty is preferential)
？ 懂3D和2D 绘图软件SolidWorks，CAD或UG等等。
？ Can use 3D and 2d software as SolidWorks,CAD or UG etc.
？ 能吃苦耐劳，愿意到基层学习。
？ Bear hardships and stand hard work, and be willing to workshop to study.
？ 有高的安全意识，工作细心。
？ High safety awareness and working is careful.
？ 服从领导各项工作安排，执行力强。
？ Can accept leader different job arrangement and strong executive force.
