Job tasks：

• Support Key Account Manager on technical clarification and commercial negotiation with customer, make precise proposal technically and commercially which meets the requirement.
• Calculate the pricing, costs and profits associated with the project.
• Compile and file all relevant proposal documents to the requirements of company procedure
• Coordinate with external and internal parties to develop a proposal plan and schedule for all activities related to the preparation of the proposal
• Undertake the proposal activities including but not limited to proposal preparation, price negotiation with client, liaison with clients and contract management
• Build and maintain good relationship with external customers, suppliers and internal parties
• Coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure smooth business operation and work process
• Provide day-to-day support to customer support team and complete other tasks as assigned

Requirements：

· Diploma degree or above, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls Engineering or equivalent

· Good command of MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT, ect.)

· 2-4 years’ experience in equipment installation, commissioning, customer support or relevant in engineering Industry

· Good command of English (Listening, speaking, reading and writing)

· Previous experience in sales support is an advantage

· Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focus, good sense of business and service

· Ability to work independently and under pressure, ability to manage multiple tasks

· Flexible to work extra hours when required
