职位描述

Scope
Guarantees and provides hardware and software maintenance and IT support of personnel on site. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum access to technology services of La Perla Group’s Subsidiary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage information technology systems SW & HW (Networking, Printer, Computer, etc..)
? Ensure strong control of HQ's guideline
? Manage IT systems, HW & SW, of the staff on site, in use in the stores and/or in the warehouse.
2. Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
? Troubleshoot hardware, software and network, operating system
? Be familiar with all hardware and software
? Be familiar with network operating system
? Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
? Provide individual training and support on request
? Provide recommendations about accessing information and support
? Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
3. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
? Troubleshoot all technology issues: personally or using IT suppliers
? Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
? Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources
? Make recommendations about to potential resources and services
? Provide network access to all staff
? Install work stations, connect and set up hardware; load all required software
? Provide network accounts and passwords as required
? Monitor security of all technology (antivirus & psw)
Skills
? Great IT skills: SW (RetailPro, Microsoft Office, Google Apps and gmail.), HW (Networking Cisco, Laser Printer), Operating System (Microsoft & iOS).
? Good organisational and decision making skills
? Good analytical and problem solving skills
? Good prioritisation skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
? Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms
? An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
? Highly organized and detail oriented
? Ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
? Be flexible
? Have good interpersonal skills
? Human resources management ( giving targets, support, evaluation, supervising)
? Have the capacity to develop and maintain senior level relationships and provide direction and influence at that level
