职位描述
Job Functions:
1. Dealer development: Implement aftermarket dealer development strategies, including blank area development, dealer performance assessment, dealer support programs and dealer profile management with the purpose of keeping a consistent, competent and active dealer network.
2. Partner Alliance: Establish an exciting service alliance network with Volvo Penta’s key business partners and fleet owners, with the purpose of enhancing their service cooperation with China dealer network, spreading Volvo Penta Customer Care knowledge and supporting more business opportunities.
3. Communication: Design and implement efficient and effective communication channels to connect dealers, partners and end-users, including but not limited to seminars, advertisement, internet & intranet, newsletters, App, Wechat, short message, etc., Follow up dealers’ and customers’ satisfaction levels by surveys and visits.
4. System upgrade: Support BS manager to plant global dealer support IT system to China dealers, with the purpose of raising dealers’ service operation efficiency.
5. Internal Collaboration: As a cross function position, work closely with related sales and service divisions to discover problems or opportunities, and respond actively with practical solutions.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
1. University degree, college English grade 6 or equivalent practical skills.
2. Be familiar with B-to-B industry, such as machinery equipment, automobile, boats, accessories or related service scopes.
3. At least 5 years work experience; prefer in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing or other commercial related scopes.
Confident and pro-active communication habits. Fluent and logic writing and presentation skills.
Strong execution ability, clear process and result-oriented perseverance.
Team spirit, good collaboration abilities.
Able to travel frequently.
