Description of the position:
Secure Dedicated and Long-term professional management of Global Key Customer.
Identify new business opportunities with the Key Customer.
Implement business strategy, materialize profit growth by enhancing the partnership,
Responsibilities:
· Develop a plan for growth
· Full P&L responsibility, capture business opportunities by proposing campaign, scheme, to meet the sales target
· Global contract responsibility
· Lead and execute global sales activities and related support functions to deliver on plan
· Arrange annual top management meetings (VP & OEM)
· Perform and communicate annual development to management team
· Establish global action list for key issues and drive resolution relevant to customer partnership
· Identify the decision makers inside the Customer
· Secure the High Quality Service to the customer by collaborating with internal resources, Regional Functions, Sales Team in other Regions, Manufacturing, Aftermarket, Product Development, Logistics, Business Control
· Extensive interaction with sales & support teams on all sites where Sany is established globally
· Currently China and Germany, and probably America, Brazil, and Inida in the future
Requirement:
· Strong competence in Building Collaborations with the parties outside the immediate span
· Strategic, organizational and analytical skills.
· Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
· Deep understanding of Machinery business
· Excellent communications and presentation skills
· MS window & office suit skills;
· Excellent written and spoken English
· Good knowledge of Chinese Culture and Mandarin
· Profile
· Engineering or Business Administration degrees;
· International Exposure with at least 5 years working in MNC
· Same or relevant industry is preferred
Others:
· Travel is required both overseas and domestic.
