Job Summary:
To coordinate and support training activities
To update and maintain training systems, database, analysis and reporting
To support/maintain dealer sales competence/assessment mapping update and analysis
To support and coach dealer sales training coordinators team

1. Roles:

2. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
Maintenance of training data, records, participants and basic analyses
Maintenance of dealer sales staff information and assessment update and analysis
Manage the E-learning process ( Quicktrack ) for Region China
Maintain training information on the Company Intranet and Extranet
Support to organize training courses/events delivered at Volvo CE side
Support to follow up training delivered by dealer trainers
Support documentation management of training aids/tools/materials
Manage giveaway refill, distribution and inventory update.
Perform the assigned work by the company and coordinate with other employees if necessary.

Potential to handle commercial skills training is preferred
2. Additional Important Requirements:
Good command of English and Mandarin
