Job Requirement:
1）带领PE团队推动产品技术和工艺流程改善； 
2）根据产品信息和订单要求等，召集各部门进行新产品的评审，识别产品质量和材料要求、确定生产工艺路线、主要工艺参数、生产效率、输出新产品评审报告； 
4）根据资源部需求，开展新材料的测试，并跟进现场测试过程，评估新材料适用性，跟踪小批量使用效果，直到批量使用；
4）根据客户或销售要求，开展新产品的打样试制，现场跟进打样过程，记录打样机台主要参数、打样效率，并跟进打样样品的客户确认结果以及改善；
5）开展新工艺的测试，优化工艺过程，提高产品质量和生产效率；
6）定期评估、回顾以及制定各工序主要工艺参数； 
7）组织新进设备及大修机器的生产验收；
8）生产各环节工艺技术问题的解决和跟进。

 Candidate Requirement:
1）印刷包装行业工作背景，且有至少7年的书刊产品的工艺管理经验；
2）本科以上学历；
3）熟悉书刊杂志、目录等印刷品的印刷装订生产工艺流程和质量标准；
4）良好的领导力、沟通技巧和表达能力。
5）有胶装书（精装书）、骑马钉成品几台技术经验；
6）逻辑清晰、思路清楚；
7）有测试、分析和解决问题的能力；
