PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Providing technical assistance to office users and store staff
Support end user for daily work in IT related area
Implement new IT system
Provide telephone and network support for end user
Priority arrangement
2. Troubleshooting of software and hardware
Maintain and support IT helpdesk for end user.
Has knowledge and experience for troubleshooting
Knowledgeable in hardware and software installations
3. Performing hardware/software upgrades and assets managements
Software and hardware delivery
Patch skills and system upgrades arrangement
Assets management skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. University degree in the field of computer science and 2+ year work experience
2. Working with responsibility, motivation and team work
3. Strong analytical, communication, customer service skills
4. Familiar with Microsoft platform, Operating Systems and Office.
5. Experience and knowledge on IT helpdesk and LAN maintenance
6. PBX skills as a plus
7. Oral and writing English skills as a plus
