一、职责：
1、负责会计功能的各个方面,包括工资、A / P、A / R,库存管理和股权会计、收入确认、现金管理、企业报告和合规,每月关闭和准备财务报表；
2、提供金融咨询和审查所有公司的合同和文档的会计影响重大交易；
3、准备运营预算,财务预测和董事会报告；
4、维护和改善内部会计系统和控制；
5、协调与外部审计机构年度审计和税务申报；
6、开发越来越多的会计功能启动包括雇佣额外的员工作为公司持续增长。

二、教育要求：
1、会计学士学位；
2、创业经验优先；
3、CPA要求。四大会计经验者优先；
4、10 +年的进步会计和管理经验；
5、英文水平要6级及以上。

三、经验要求:
1、固体和展示知识的会计过程中,内部控制,财务报告的需求；
2、创业环境和经验精通启动股权会计和融资费用等会计问题；
3、证明了收入确认的经验；
4、能够独立高效地工作,在快节奏的环境中；
5、良好的人际沟通和组织能力；
6、与各级人员工作能力和与高级管理层和投资者；

This position need to resume in both English and Chinese
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for all aspects of the accounting function, including payroll, A/P, A/R, stock administration and equity accounting, revenue recognition, cash management, corporate reporting and compliance, monthly closing and preparation of financial statements;
2.Provide the financial consultation and review of all Company contracts and document the accounting implications of major transactions;
3.Prepare operating budgets, financial forecasts and board reports;
4.Maintain and improve internal accounting systems and controls;
5.Coordinate annual audit and tax preparation with external auditors;
6.Develop the accounting function of a growing start up including hiring additional staff as the company continues to grow.

Education Requirement:
1.BS in Accounting;
2.Startup experience a plus;
3.CPA required. Big 4 accounting experience preferred;
4.10+ years of progressive accounting and management experience.
5.English level to level 6 and above

Experience Requirement:

1.Solid and demonstrated knowledge of accounting process, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements;
2.Experience in a startup environment and proficient in startup accounting issues such as equity expense accounting and financing;
3.Demonstrated revenue recognition experience;
4.Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast paced environment;
5.Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
6.Ability to work with all levels of personnel and interact with senior management and investors
