职位描述

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
-4+ years hands-on experience in Human Resources & Administration Operations; which HRIS practices (SAP is highly preferred);
-Capable to handle multi-tasks projects, operations and administration management;
-Experience to establish/audit work procedures/manual and staff handbook;
-Fluency in English and Mandarin (both oral and written) is necessary; other languages an advantage;
-Familiar with computing software and willing to learn;
-Good PC literacy required i.e. excellent skill and hands-on experience with at least Microsoft Office suite, and other software
solutions.


Job Responsibilities:

-Support human resources administration, including, but not limited to processing of employee information for on/off-boarding,
management on P-file, training record and commercial insurance documentation;
-Co-ordinate for expatriates' assignment related and relocation formalities;
-Establish system to produce standard Employment Contract templates, standardized staff letters templates such as those for
compliment, sponsorship, warning, termination or resignation reference, etc;
-Assist on implementation of HRIS system as per Head Office requirements;
-Apply various analytical models, concepts and tools to help identify opportunities in improving existing work force productivity,
as well as addressing risks and threats;
-Conduct external market trend analysis, research and competitors benchmarking on HR measures,e.g. employee
bsenteeism, staff turnover, labour supply and demand;
-Perform office budget planning & control;
-Oversee daily office administration, including driver and cleaner management, office security management and etc.;
-Make arrangement for staff business travels, accommodation and necessary insurance coverage;
-Liaise different parties for purchasing, renewal contract, vendors, tenders etc.;
-Plan and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Other ad-hoc HR and Admin job tasks and projects assigned
by supervisors.

Internal
Branch Staffs, HR from other Branches within Greater China, and Head Office HR.

External
Local Labour Bureau, Tax Bureau, Insurance Agent, Head Hunter, Various Vendors and etc.
