职责:
- 对于不同的项目确定适当的测试方式
- 制作测试流程和规则
- 确保高质量的最终产品
- 记录和修复bug
- 缓解且解决bug直至完成
- 创建测试案例
- 测试网站的功能和表现
- 在网站生命周期中，与网站开发人员紧密合作



要求:
- 4年以上测试行业经验
- 可以带领和培训组员
- 高度自我激励，处事积极
- 具备独立工作能力或高效的小组配合能力
- 高度的自我激励
- 了解网站生命周期
- 关注细节
- 优秀的语言能力
- 良好的问题处理方式
- 熟悉不同的测试方式（手工和自动测试)
- 熟悉 Mantis 或Testlink
- 熟悉自动化测试优先
- 对Web技术有基础知识 (HTML, Javascript, PHP)
- 基本的硬件知识



Job Description: Senior Web Tester
Location: Shanghai
Contract: Full Time
Start date: Immediate



Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable testing methodology for different projects
- Logging and bug tracking
- Regressing and closing bugs upon completion
- Creating test cases
- Executing Functionality & Performance testing
- Work closely with developers and producers throughout the product lifecycle
- Create testing processes and procedures
- To bring quality to end product



Requirements:
- +4 years of experience in the testing industry
- Able to work independently or in small teams effectively
- Able to lead and train team members
- High level of motivation and pro-activeness
- Understanding development life cycle
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Mandarin language skills (English is a plus)
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with different testing methodologies (Manual and Automated testing)
- Familiar with Mantis and Testlink is a plus
- Familiar with Automated testing tools is a plus
- Basic knowledge in web technologies (HTML, Javascript, PHP, CSS)
- Basic hardware knowledge
