PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Create, develop and lead a stable and skilled team of workers responsible for:
1. Meeting performance expectations
2. Improving customer satisfaction levels
3. Optimizing existing operations and
4. Enforcing company principles and policies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee, guide and manage Call center through its multi-year transition to elevate its operations.
2. Oversee the timely and accurate completion of Call center, logistics and vendor monthly reports.
3. Analyze, manage, and submit accurate key account (incl ZNNT) and retail parts forecasts.
4. Guide the continued implementation of ACE at TFED and Shared Services
5. Collaborate internally across departments to leverage resources to meet department goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. College Education
2. Previous: Senior Manager / Director level role with FULL responsibility of managing a call center - 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
3. Previous experience with managing multiple direct reports and indirect reports of 25.
4. English Business Fluency
5. Advanced personal computer skills
6. Outgoing, Able to communicate ideas and concepts very well
7. Autonomous / Independent Thinking
