Primary purpose of this position:

To design and develop leading edge LBS web applications cloud with large-scale backend services for TeleNav consumers and enterprise user and Geo-services cloud

设计和开发大型位置服务平台后台系统，企业位置应用系统和位置服务云平台

Responsibility:

1．Work with US product/engineer team for requirement analysis, writing functional specification, design diagram, unit/integration test plans

2．Design and implement software system, prototypes, frameworks and core components based on requirement specification documents; work out engineering innovation/evolution roadmap of software component as component owner.

3．Mentor and coach software engineer and act as technical leader in project team

1. 和美国工程师/产品团队一起进行需求分析，书写功能规格文档，设计图以及单元/集成测试计划
2. 根据需求定义文档设计和实现软件系统，原型和框架以及核心组件, 作为软件组件负责人制定系统技术创新和革新计划
3. 作为项目组技术负责人指导项目组开发工程师

Requirement:

l BS/MS in computer science or related fields from accredited universities.

l Past working experience in leading software or internet companies

l At least 7 years software development experience in J2SE or J2EE and experience in OO development, familiar with design pattern.

l Solid system debugging and performance tuning skills.

l Rich experience in either of following area

1) Schema design, database programming using Java frameworks (Ibatis hibernate...)

2) SOA design and development and experience with related Web Services development frameworks (Axis, CXF…)

3) Web Application design and development, solid web frontend technical skills

l Experience with develop distributing system or use NoSQL system is a plus

l Experience of design, developing & building cloud service platform is a plus

l Experience of using script language like python, perl is a plus

l Excellent communication skills and good skill in written and oral English

l Quick-learning, self-motivated and hard-working, strong leadership

l 知名大学计算机科学和相关专业毕业，有在大型软件或互联网公司工作经验

l 至少7年以上的J2SE或者J2EE项目开发经验以及面向对象的开发经验，熟悉设计模式。

l 有较强的系统调试和调优能力。

l 在以下某项技术方面具有丰富经验

1） 数据库设计开发，熟练使用数据库持久层框架 (Ibatis, hibernate…) 进行开发

2） SOA架构设计开发，熟练使用Axis,CXF等框架开发WebService.

3） 网站应用设计开发，精通前端技术

l 有开发分布式系统和使用NoSQL系统经验者优先

l 有云服务平台设计开发和搭建经验者优先

l 有脚本语言例如Python,Perl开发经验者优先

l 良好的沟通能力，英语书写和口语能力

l 学习能力强，能自我激励和努力工作，良好的领导力
