Purpose:
- This role supports the daily credit operations of the Company to achieve Customer Satisfaction and reduce working capital whilst improving cash flow. It would include optimizing the Company’s investment in accounts receivable and minimizing credit risks whilst supporting business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Review orders, perform credit release or hold orders due to non-compliance
- Perform credit analysis, recommend or approve credit applications in order to issue/maintain credit limits
- Proactive follow-up on collection of overdue accounts to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables
- Provide timely report for receivables and risk management
- Ensure proper documentation and filing to comply with policy and legal requirements
job requirements：
- Degree in Business with accounting/finance knowledge
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, provide credit recommendation
- MS Office applications is a must and SAP knowledge is highly desired
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, besides Putonghua
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric
