工作描述：
- Assist to establish proper month-end procedures to satisfy both China GAAP and US GAAP requirements, and monthly reconcile the results between the two
- Assist in budget schedules preparation and consolidation
- Study the current Management Information System and the business practice/requirements in order to optimize the reporting functionalities
- Study the current product costing systems in the two plants and recommend ways for improvement in reporting efficiency & transparency
- To analyze the actual performance Vs budget Vs LY, identify key variances and recommend actionable improvements
- Conduct balance sheet review and ensure provisions, assets impairment are provided in accordance with Biomet HQ guidelines/policies
- CapEx investment tracking system (CAR Tracking) responsibility and assurance that CapEx spending is controlled within approved budget
- Review the monthly cash flow forecast from Biomet China entities and assist the Finance Director in coordination with Biomet HQ Treasury for financing arrangement
- Other tasks the Finance Director may assign from time to time
职位要求
- University graduate, with accounting/finance or related major
- Minimum 2 years experience in multinational company in finance / accounting field, preferably from a manufacturing entity;
- Familiar with China GAAP, some knowledge of US GAAP
- Excellent Excel, Word skills
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge with one of the prevailing ERP Systems (SAP, QAD etc)
- Good English and Mandarin both Oral and Written
- Team player
