工作描述
Capex and Fixed assets Controlling:
- Prepare Capex budget together with operational team. Prepare appropriate justifications and analyze the estimated spend for Pay Back, NPV and IRR.
- Forecast depreciation for Region Standards, Budget and rolling estimates based on Capital spend tracking analysis.
- Prepare RFAs seeking approvals for Capex Spend. Seek appropriate approvals as per LCOA.
- Create capital WBS elements in SAP as per approved RFAs.
- Coordinate with FSC for timely capitalization process by providing appropriate documentation.
-Facilitate and ensure assets physical controls as per Company policy.
- Collect, analyze and report Capital Spend to all stakeholders on timely basis for taking appropriate decisions.
- Organize quarterly impairment review and follow-up with the findings.
Inventory Management:
- Provide monthly report to CPS management team and BU counter-part for inventory write-off risks, and make appropriate accounting provisions.
- Carry Finance responsibilities in inventory count as per Standard Policy and Procedures.
- Represent Finance in 3rd party warehouse stock verification and ensure appropriate controls over the process.
- Support supply chain to decide inventory turnover rate, stock levels and warehouse selections.
Account Management:
- General oversight of the balance sheet recorded under the CPS Shanghai profit center.
- Work with Business Unit / Regional Financial Center (RFC) to ensure completeness and clearance of balance sheet responsibility matrix.
- Manage relationship with RFC and ensure service levels are properly maintained.
RFA process:
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to prepare RFAs for CPS Shanghai and build justifications. Seek approvals for all transactions and track execution as per approved RFAs.
Supply Chain Business Support
- Support management team to identify value creation projects.
- Jointly with Business Planning team to analyze / give recommendation of alternate supply chain models (e.g. Direct Product Supply, outside warehouse selection etc.)
- Assist management team to analyze the actual result of supply chain model performance, its saving and return on capital.
- Give financial support in Product Life Management – business focused involvement in all new product and product deletion decisions
职位要求
Knowledge & Experience:
- A minimum 4 years of experience with 2 years in financial analyst role (experience with big 4 accounting firm is a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills and be able to think strategically
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly computer literate, particularly in Excel, with experience in SAP an advantage.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Good academic track record
- University degree preferably in Accounting / Finance
- Professional qualification is a plus (e.g. CIMA, CICPA, ACCA)
Language Requirements:
- Excellent English language, both verbal and written skills
- Native Chinese language, both verbal and written skills
