Job Description
Strong customer focused role focusing on maintaining the relationship and professional image between IT and internal users across all lines of businesses of Company International. The role includes first and second level IT support.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support to internal users
- Update and maintain “Service Tickets” in Service Manager system
- Answer queries concerning usage of standard applications and provide technical Company complied solutions
- Coordinate with the local/regional/international service delivery teams for customer support
- Perform administrative support for the IT department as required
- Proactively maintain the Desktop environment for the business and adhere to Company IT standards, policies and procedures
- Work on specific IT projects required by the business or assist in initiatives as directed by global, International or regional IT teams
- Ensure compliance with local legislative requirements for software licensing
- Provide assistance in improving / streamlining the Lobs' business process based on IT best practices

Education:
Degree in Computer Science or relevant
Requirement
- In depth technical understanding of PC platforms and up-to-date experience on Help Desk and LAN/WAN technologies
- Experience in service provision, preferably in a helpdesk environment
- Minimum of 3 years relevant systems support, help desk, training or other computer related experience.
- Good skill in English and Chinese
- Experience with Windows OS and MS Office a must
- Hands on experience on assembling PC/Mac is a must
- Hands on experience on Polycom/Cisco telephone system
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory a must
- ITIL/PMP certification is a plus
