Job Description:
1. Check samples received from factories and ensure all details are check according to the Technical pack from UK.
2. Closely coordinate with fty/supplier regarding all queries with regards to technical aspects on sample construction , size chart/grading and related on the tech packs during sampling and production stage.
3. Conduct Pre Sample meeting/ Factory visit – Before SMS and PP stage to ensure factory understand the comments by UK.
4. Coordinates with UK technician or UK designer regarding all technical queries on Spec and design sheets. Follow ups all comments on specs regarding the fitting and construction
5. Coordinate with Merchandiser regarding the sample status against critical path submission dates and any important comments on Tech pack.
6. Coordinate with QC upon hand over of styles for production. Notes all the important comments and highlight during handover meeting. Updated samples to be handover to QC or send to QC in the factory in event of QC don’t have time to go to office.
7. Collate all the information and ensure all specs are updated in TECH folder in Y drive especially on Sealer and Production stage. Merchandisers usually download them but should countercheck by Tech prior checking samples or forwarding the pack to QC.
8. Ensure all keep samples are properly kept and in order with correct sample tag
9. Update Tech Manager with any issues in any sample or any urgent issues.
10. Check Bulk Shipment samples from factory and send to UK Warehouse.


Job Requirements
1. Must have at least 3 years Garment experience as Garment Fit Technician
2. Must speak and Read English
