Job Title
. Research Manager/Senior research manager

Job description

. Preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials with support from senior people
. Independently design discussion guides/ questionnaire based on the project requirements and proposal with limited supervision from seniors
. Independently manage the project(with support from junior people) to ensure the quality of the project
. Development of analytical plans
. Ensure charts and presentation material are properly and efficiently produced with limited supervision
. Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according and drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations
. Identify and recommend enhanced services that address clients' needs
. Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization

The Knowledge and skills Requirement

1)Education
. University graduate: major in experimental discipline, psychology, sociology, anthropology, statistics, marketing (service marketing) is preferred

2)Work Experience
. Research manager: 3-5 years' research and survey related experience
. Senior Research manager: 4-6 years' research and survey related experience

3)Language Skill
. Good in spoken and written English/ Chinese

4)Technical Skill
. Familiar with the marketing research methodology , model tools in addressing the different marketing issues
. Familiar with MS-OFFICE and SPSS
. Knowledge of marketing and business

5)Personality Traits
. Must be interested in human behaviour AND enjoy dealing with people
. Personal motivation skills and team player
. Willing to travel
. Can Work under pressure

Compensation ?
. Annual Base Salary: 100K-200K
. Performance based year-end bonus: 8%-33% of annual salary
. Allowance( transportation allowance, travel allowance, mobine phone allowance)
