职位描述
Job Description
1. Deal with the banking clients of treasury services in China;
2. Handle client administration every day and ensure all issues are followed through promptly and completed in accordance with clients expectations;
3. Liaise with marketing and products people in identifying relationship issues and new business opportunities;
4. Coordinate with overseas branches on a daily basis in solving client issues;
5. Establish effective communication links and maintain strong relationships with clients at appropriate operational levels;
Job Qualification
1. University graduate, bachelor’s degree required;
2. Knowledge of trade services will be an advantage;
3. Strong client orientation and teamwork spirit;
4. Proactive & keen work attitude;
5. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
6. Ability to learn new products and understand products/clients issues comprehensively;
7. Good command of Chinese and English, both oral and written.
