职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process and acknowledge customer purchase orders.
2. Insure accurate daily order entries into Fourth Shift database.
3. Coordinate with internal departments to insure close adherence to delivery schedule.
4. Monitor AR aging and insure payment collection from customers.
5. Prepare monthly reports showing orders received, shipments made and order backlog.
6. Preparation of shipping documents for export.
7. Authorize and insure validity of customer returns and warranty claims (RMA).
8. Manage sales database and documents.
9. Organize exhibitions, roadshows, and seminars.
10. Prepare catalogue, brochure, leaflet for products sold in China.
11. Regularly update the information on the website, even on-line media.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree.
2. 5 years related customer service experiences. Marketing experience will be a plus.
3. Fluent in oral and written English.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
5. Conversant with MS Excel.
6. Logical mindset and customer service-oriented.
7. Can work under pressure, within tight datelines.
