职位描述
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Work close with Customer to handle SO acknowledgement, Shipping arrangement
- Create and issuing long term &short term production schedule to make sure production smoothly.
- According to the long term & short term production schedule, run MRP report to do the material analysis
- Creating and issuing PO according to the inventory status, production schedule, etc.
- Handling PO acknowledgement, checking and updating orders situation in QAD.
- Inventory controlling - Monitor inventory level and revise orders time by time.
- Deal with suppliers on daily purchasing activities to ensure delivery in time.
- Coordinate procurement for new products and be actively involved in cost and lead time reduction, vendor selection, and alternate sources.
- Coordinate and participate in supplier site evaluation.
- Deal with the payment, return etc., issues with suppliers.
- Any ad hoc tasks directed by manager
Qualifications Requirements
- College degree in commercial or logistics or management disciplines;
- More than 2 years related experience in Mechanical/Electronics MFG. field;
- Familiar with ERP system;
- Good communication skill, both in Chinese and English;
- Sourcing experience will be a Plus
- have knowledge of blue print, schematics and configuration management
