Introduction:
- For Corporate Communication, we're looking for Senior Communications Specialist.
Mission of the function: 职位引言
- By planning and organizing events, exhibitions and sponsorship activities via 360° communications approach, the function aims at maximizing the communications impact by engaging our stakeholders directly and interactively, and contributing to enhance the company's brand image for creating a favorable environment for business.
What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么?
In general,
- Plan and manage events/exhibitions in 360° communications approach, based on corporate strategies & communications goals, to contribute to the company success;
- Drive corporate communications hotspot/campaign, based on communications strategies & messages, to contribute to the brand success.
In details,
- Analyze internal & external environment to define objectives of the communications activity;
- Propose themes & messages to be delivered through communications activities, plus programs & channels to be used, using 360° communications approach & story-telling methodology;
- Engage other communications channels (like digital & media cooperation) and other communications functions (like media/customer/employee communications) to best achieve the targeted communications impact;
- Manage event/exhibition agencies employed for the event execution, while coordinating and consolidating the progress made in other communications channels for overall project report to management;
- Lead the post-project feedback & review for constant improvement.
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任?
Professional knowledge/expertise:
- Profound expertise & rich experience in planning & managing event/exhibition via integrated communications approach
- Great understanding on B2B communications methodology & channels
- Strategic thinking & planning competence, plus story-telling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Fluency with standard business software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in MNCs
