职位描述
Main responsibilities
Responsible for enterprise IT application project management, delivery and on-going service, focusing on HRMS (HR management system, Oracle EBS HR module) in China in the beginning.
1. As a start, position holder will be responsible for taking over HRMS support and maintenance. Manage HRMS service vendor and coordinate with HR team, covering the following main areas
? Lead & Manage IT service desk for incidents resolution and problem solving
? Oversee System break-fix activities to ensure system health and fix any malfunction
? Manage ongoing system administration/enhancement, assess and align for functional/ technical needs with HR/ IT Foundation team/ service vendors
? Plan and mange upgrades to environments, manage DBAs and technical consultants from service vendors
? Manage vendors SLA and performance
? Ensure SOX processes are followed and involved in Internal/ SOX audit
2. As China IT lead working with Finance teams in China and global team for Oracle EBS finance module rollout in the future
3. Besides the above, lead/being involved/ other ERP/Business intelligence/Business process management projects when appropriate.
For the above, position holder would need to:
? Setup service model and streamline support and change management processes with ITIL framework
? Lead projects from initiation to close, accountable for determining and delivering solutions in line with budgetary/timing/quality/compliance targets, following project management framework (PMP/PRINCE2).
? Work independently, lead a project team comprise of members from various parties, subordinates, business teams, vendors, remote team members etc.
Requirements
? University degree or above
? Project implementation / Support experience in Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) HR module, knowledge of finance module (GL/AP/AR/FA) would be an advantage
? Knowledge in either of these technical areas: Oracle database, EAI (enterprise application integration), system architecture, web/ mobile tech platforms
? Business oriented, strong English communication skill
? Strong Vendor Management Skill
? Good in people skill in supporting IT team development and business stakeholder management
? Proactive, open minded and willing to take extra accountabilities/ responsibilities
