Requirement:

Education/Major:Bachelor degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience;

Working Experience:At Least 2 years experience in IT infrastructure support;

Professional Skills/Qualification:Experience in Windows 7 technical experience and knowledge; Microsoft Office 2007/2010; Microsoft Windows server (2003/2008) experience; Bach up system such as ArcServe and Outlook experience and knowledge;

Knowledge and Ability: Good communication skill with customer oriented and cooperative mind set; Good in English writing and reading;

Other Requirement:Travel to Suzhou plant twice a week


Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for all desktop & Infrastructure support for China operation;

Responsible for asset management to include PC, server, network, mobiles;

Responsible for server back-up and maintenance;

Assists users with instruction and troubleshooting on all PC based applications, switches and cabling, printers, etc.;

Ensure active monitoring systems of the infrastructure environment
