授权业务经理/ 授权业务专员

岗位说明:

• 负责管理所属产品线范畴的授权业务；
• 根据公司业务目标，按照公司销售业绩标准寻找、洽谈及签订新的授权商，完成公司规定的销售业绩
• 负责与公司主要授权商建立密切合作关系，积极与授权商配合并跟进授权产品的销售业务；
• 有义务及责任推动所属类别授权商的授权业务收益；
• 与授权商按产品线类别共同制定相应的年度商业计划，当中包括零售分配、销售增长、市场推广及品牌支持；
• 每季度均与授权商共同进行季度销售收益分析及预测；
• 与公司法律顾问共同制定授权协议及合作谈判；
• 了解授权商的业务模式，促使其运营符合公司制定的各项政策方针、战略及品牌价值；
• 与各种销售渠道建立良好关系，特别是零售商业渠道，制定相应商业计划并且有效及时的监督管理执行；
• 具备品牌意识，定期与所属产品线授权商保持良好的沟通联系；
• 展示充分主动性，有组织的为授权商提供商业咨询及市场支持；
• 定期走访市场以监督授权商产品流通，及时掌握市场动向；
• 可以接受出差，与外地授权商洽谈合作；

• 专业的商务洽谈能力；

• 优秀的表达能力，及其人际沟通技巧；
• 善于分析，有效的时间管理及问题解决能力；
• 有零售业采购或产品分销经验者优先考虑；

Licensing Manger/ Licensing Executive

Job Description

• In charge of a range of licensees/categories under your responsible line of business
• Find potential licensees and negotiate deals to reach company’s sales target.
• Build outstanding relationships and work closely with key individual licensees with direct responsibility for licensees’ business growth
• Full ownership and accountability to drive licensing revenue from these licensees/categories
• Agree annual business plans with licensees by category to include plans for retail distribution,
  sales growth, marketing, and brand support
• Quarterly revenue analysis and forecasting in conjunction with the licensees
• Maintain license agreements & contract negotiations working alongside internal legal counsel
• Understand licensee’s business dynamics, adapting to meet needs without compromising company’s policy, strategy, and brand values
• Develop good relationship in each distribution channel especially retail stores including setting the plan and managing implementation in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide regular communication to licensees on category & brand knowledge
• Provide licensees with structured selling stories and marketing support for all brand initiatives
• Study and visit market to inspect licensees’ products and update market movements
• Some travel required to visit the licensees for meetings

Requirements

• Ability to negotiate Professionally with licensee partners
• Great attitude and self starter
• Must have excellent presentation, interpersonal, and interpersonal skills
• Proven analytical, time management, and problem solving skills
• Experience in purchasing in retail business or product distribution will be advantage
• Able to communicate in English is a plus
