Job Purpose

To provide quality merchandising services to customers, through order coordination and follow-up, and to assist in the achievement of the division's business objectives.

Responsibilities:
1. Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Review Purchase Orders
- Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing with vendors
- Handle customers' enquiries
- Monitor and check production status
- Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories, e.g. delivery delay

2. Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements
- Source material or accessories
- Source new vendors
- Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers' requirements

3. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendors
- Evaluate vendors' capabilities
- Keep track of vendors' performance

4. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval
- Inspect samples
- Pack and send samples

5. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

- College or university graduate. (Preferable in garment field or similar qualification)
- 3-7 years of experience in a Buying/Trading office in the garment fields(such as knit, fabric, accessories in spots, hat,etc.for US/EU Market, with 2-5 years in management role.

- Rich experience in costing, sourcing of garment,fabric and sports accessories, etc. the production tracking activities.

- Good negotiatie and maintain rapport with suppliers
- Good command of Spoken & Written English.
- Good command Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
