Day to Day Responsibilities:

? Responsible for production support, equipment troubleshooting and process improvement for optical fiber making manufacturing. Focus on troubleshooting for equipment problems with recommended improvements.
? Recommend equipment & process improvements for quality, yield and cost improvement
? Documentation & Training of improvements and equipment understanding to Operations for sustainability
? Support Manufacturing objectives with problem solving; applying the fundamentals of mechanical system troubleshooting, design & reliability, to determine root cause of problems
? Focus on building knowledge of the existing equipment and capabilities.

Education & Experience

? Bachelor and /or above
? Major in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or other related engineering fields

Required Skills

? Bachelor degree or above in engineering, preferably in Mechanics, Mechatronics
? English communication skills, CET-6 or above
? 3~5 years in mechanical design, good at CAD tool (Pro/E) 3d modeling and 2d drawing with good mechanical design concept
? Preferably in understanding manufacturing process control and quality control

Desired Skills

? Fluent English speaking
? Good at Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, etc..)
? Work experiences in manufacturing environment and equipment management; Knowledge of manufacturing process control; basic knowledge of production management and Manufacturing Execution System, process/quality control and improvement tools such as SPC
? With project management experience

Soft Skills

? Strongly self-motivated
? Ability to work under pressure
? Good interpersonal communication skills
