Responsibility:

Assist in designing and implementation of communications and employee relations programs
Conduct coordination of any staff relocation requirements
Implement and enforce appropriate HR systems and policies ensure the compliance with the local labor law
Oversee and manage HR information systems to make sure the data is up to date
Implement routine works of HR operations function, including all matters related to residence permit applications as well as procedures related to employees' social insurance

Requirements:

Bachelor degree
At least 2 years HR working experiences in multinational company
Demonstrated effective verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Self-initiative, mature and can work independently
Good command of oral and written English
