Job description
Our Software testers will work on finance or insurance projects for major oversea clients and provide professional quality assurance and support to our customers, in an international environment. They will help conduct analysis and QA processes, controls and tests to ensure that software or solutions ‘meet or exceed specified requirements’. Every candidate is integrated in the team through a step by step training in collaborative development tools, project workflows and key architecture frameworks.
Their main duties are:
- - Quickly understanding the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and activity
- Take an active role within the development team to that functional / technical design specifications match requirements, and that they are delivered in the solution
- Communicating and Participating in Collecting Resources required for the testing purpose from Project Team Leader;
- Designing and preparing test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures to be implemented;
- To that end, work with business analysts and developers to translate business requirements and functional specifications into test plans and test scripts;
- Coordinating and leading the Testing Team;
- Execute Manual tests according to plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures
- Analyzing results and reporting bugs with severity and priority determination to the Bug Tracking system and ticketing tool;
- Documenting and reporting test results for client review;
- Interface and interact with developers to ensure problems and bugs identified are resolved and quality assurance achieved regarding software correctness and compliance with requirements, specifications and tests plans.
Job requirements
- Familiar with software engineering and software testing processes (functional, acceptance, regression, integration, installation, etc.);
- Understanding of testing and development life cycle methodologies;
- Highly Skill in analyzing and designing test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures, their execution and reporting;
- Knowledge of software test planning;
- Experience in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience;
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and oral (this is a must);
- Requires judgment initiative and strong analytical skills;
- Attention to details;
- Uphold strong focus on planning for achieving results;
- Experience with insurance or financial software is a plus;

主要职责：
- 快速理解客户的商业问题以及客户组织或项目变动带来的数据挑战；
- 在技术团队中负责检验功能或技术模块是否与项目需求吻合，并确保其交付于解决方案中；
- 按项目组长的要求交流看法，搜集资源，完成测试；
- 设计和准备测试计划、测试场景、测试脚本、测试程序以便实施；
- 与商业分析员和程序员合作，依照商业需求和功能规格编写测试计划和测试程序；
- 协调并领导测试团队；
- 按照测试计划、脚本、程序或过程进行手动测试；
- 分析测试结果，将缺陷按严重性和优先级传递到缺陷追踪系统和任务工具；
- 记录和报告测试结果以供客户审查；
- 与程序员接触和互动，确保发现的问题和缺陷得以解决，软件质量得以保证，满足客户的要求，符合测试计划和相关标准。
任职要求
- 熟悉软件工程和软件测试流程（功能测试、接收测试、回归测试、集成测试、安装测试等）；
- 理解软件测试和软件生命周期；
- 熟练掌握测试计划、测试脚本、测试场景、测试脚本、测试程序的分析、设计、实施和报告；
- 具备软件测试计划相关知识；
- 计算机或相关行业工作经验；
- 具备良好的英语书面和口语能力；
- 以细节为导向的；
- 具有很强的计划能力；

Job description
