Job Description:

1. Develop procedures to ensure that the quality program will meet or exceed internal and external customer needs and expectations；
2. Receive and evaluate inspector reports; Provide regular reports on the status of the quality system to executive management；
3. Assist in the development of training programs and coach employees to facilitate change throughout the organization.
4. Responsible for all aspects of product quality, arrange daily inspection and jump it for special inspection case;
5. Improve inspection quality as NJ's requirement continually;
6. Work with other staff to ensure proper maintenance of the company's documentation system.
7. Corrective no-compliance of QA issue and prevent it by sound procedure;

Job Qualification:

1. Have over 5 years experience in supervision level;
2. QC working background in textile industry is a must, and Home textile and apparel on-site experienced in advance;
3. Have capacity of find out root cause to shot problem and prevent problem in future;
4. Well understand 100% inspection procedure and requirement;
5. High responsibility, open minded and self-motivated, Will to take challenge under pressure;
6. Good interpersonal skill and a good team player;
7. Fluent spoken and written English is a must;
8. Be willing to travel frequently;
9. Well organizing and detail oriented.
